Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase. By purchasing from BrightMindPH, you agree to the terms stated below.

📌 A. Physical Products – Buzzer Items

✅ Eligible for Refund or Replacement

Refunds or replacements may be requested if:

✔ The item is defective upon arrival
✔ The item is not functioning as advertised
✔ You received the wrong item
✔ The item has a factory defect (not caused by misuse)

Important Conditions:
• Issues must be reported within 48 hours upon receiving the item
• Clear photo or video proof is required
• An unboxing video is highly recommended

 

❌ Not Eligible for Refund or Return

Refunds or returns will NOT be accepted for:

❌ Change of mind
❌ Improper use, mishandling, or modification
❌ Damage caused by water, impact, or power misuse
❌ Normal wear and tear
❌ Items damaged after successful testing
❌ Missing original packaging
❌ Requests made after 48 hours

 

🔄 Replacement & Refund Process

• Approved replacements will be processed within 3–7 business days
• Refunds will be issued via the original payment method
• Processing time: 5–10 business days
• Shipping fees are non-refundable

📌 B. Digital Products – Teaching Materials

🚫 No Refund Policy for Digital Products

All digital products (including but not limited to lesson plans, PowerPoint presentations, exams, worksheets, automated forms, and teaching materials) are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-RETURNABLE.

 

❗ Why No Refunds?

Due to the nature of digital products:
✔ Files are instantly accessible or downloadable
✔ Content can be copied or stored permanently
✔ We cannot revoke access once delivered

For these reasons, refunds, returns, or exchanges are strictly not allowed once the digital product has been delivered.

 

✅ Exceptions (If Applicable)

We may provide:
✔ A file replacement if the file is corrupted or inaccessible
✔ Technical assistance if the downloaded file does not open properly

Note: This does NOT apply to dissatisfaction, change of mind, or incorrect purchase.

• You have read the product description carefully
• The product matches your grade level, subject, or need
